Diane Chenault  > Birds > Florida Eagles
History of an eagles nest in Central Florida over 4 seasons. Season 2 a male eaglet was blow out of the nest, but saved by my friend Jean. Then the female eaglet had to fly too early because a branch broke under her weight. Both eaglets returned and we had another happy ending. Season 3 the nest blew to the ground 2 days after both babies had fledged. Season 4 was rebuilding & our happy eagle couple picked the same dead tree. The babies were hatched 2 months late, so not as many pictures. The tree appears to be falling. Hopefully next season the eagles will pick another tree.
